- 2 cups of chocolate soy-milk or chocolate coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup of walnuts
- 1 tablespoon of yacon syrup
- Put all ingredients in blender
- Blend until Smooth

Ingredients for 4 servings :
- 2 ½ cups of blanched almond flour
- ½ teaspoon of celtic sea salt
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ½ cup of grapeseed oil or vegan shortening
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of yacón syrup
- 1 cup of chocolate chunks
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
- Mix wet ingredients into dry
- Form ½ inch balls and press onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake at 350° for 7-10 minutes
- Cool and serve

- 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- 3-4 tablespoons of yacon syrup
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of ginger
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy.

- juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- salt and pepper to taste
- Add all the ingredients in a small bowl
- Whisk until fully mixed
- Pour over salad and toss
