Cream of Wheat With Yacon Syrup
I’m pretty sure lots of you like having a good breakfast before starting a new day and it’s well known that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it’s giving us all the energy we can get for the entire day.
But it’s also very important what we eat because nowadays we’re tempted to eat fast food only to spare some time and that it’s reflects in our health, spirit and looks, of course.
An ideea for a geat way to start the day it would be to try this recipe of cream of wheat with an little add we’ve made.
This recipe is different from others because it contains this miracle product we’ve presenting you, the yacon syrup.
I say it’s a miracle product because it helps you lose weight or, for those who don’t need to lose some pounds, help them keep in shape but the amazing thing about it is that it’s very healthy, being an awesome substitute for sugar or honey.
Follow our advice and try this great recipe, we assure you that you won’t regret.
- 1 & ½ cups of water
- ½ cup of almond milk or 2% milk
- 5 tablespoons of cream of wheat
- ½ teaspoon of butter
- 1-2 sprinkles of salt
- 1 tablespoon of white or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Yacon Syrup.
- Add water, milk, butter, sugar, and salt into a pan and bring to a slight boil – & then -slightly reduceheat.
- Stir in cream of wheat – and slowly stir (every minute) – to avoid lumps.
- Desired creaminess or thickness will be obtained within 2-3minutes after adding cream of wheat.
- Once in bowl – swirl on top or fully add in the yacon syrup and enjoy.

Today we’ve decided to present you another version of grilled chicken.Why chicken?!?!Because it can be prepared in a large variety of ways depending on countries and cultures or taste.
It’s also known that eating chicken meat has lots of benefits.
Here’s a few of them :
Is low in fat and calories and high in protein so is excellent for weight maintenance and it prevents bone loss.
Chicken meat is also very rich in phosphorus, the second most abundant mineral in the human body that helps you keep your teeth and bones healthy due to his “work” with calcium.
Another benefit of chicken meat is that it’s high in derived from vitamin A like retinol or alpha and beta-carotene, vital for a healthy eyesight.
But back to our recipe.
I personally prefer grilled meat so I was very excited to find this recipe with yacon syrup.
It’s delicious, it’s easy to prepare, it’s awesome.
* 1 cup of yacon syrup
* 5 chicken breasts
* 2/3 cup vinegar
* 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
* 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
* 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon fresh of ground pepper
1.Prepare the chicken breasts by cooking them your favorite way and season to your liking.
- Mix together the rest of the ingredients and drizzle over the cooked chicken breasts.
Serve and enjoy.

- 2 ½ cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- ½ cup of coconut oil
- ¼ cup of yacón syrup
- ¼ cup of honey
- ½ tablespoon of cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon of ginger
- ¼ tablespoon of nutmeg
- Dash of salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients into another small bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together and blend well
- Grease cookie sheet
